Time Scales
Stock
permitting we aim to despatch your order from stock on the day
your order is placed for next day delivery. If for any reason
we cannot do this we will let you know as soon as possible. We
are not responsible for timescales once an order has been passed
to our couriers although we will help trace parcels where possible.

Where's My Stuff?
If you recently placed an order and you're wondering why you
haven't received it yet, you should first check whether we've
dispatched it to you:
Youll know this because we will have sent you an email
confirming that we have picked and packed your goods and then
we have passed them over to the carrier.
Not Yet Despatched
If you havent had a despatch email yet, then this
means we are going to send your order very soon. We despatch
all our goods within 7 working days (usually much sooner!),
unless something unforeseen has happened like our suppliers
have let us down. We believe that being open is the best
policy so in which case well email you to let you
know the estimated date of despatch.
Ive missed
the delivery!
Dont worry, if youve had a card through the
door, because we ask for a signature in all cases (this
cuts down on problems, such as theft from your doorstep)
you can call the number on the card to re-arrange delivery
or collect from your local depot.
